1-1/2 lb. baby beef liver
salt, pepper
1/4 cup flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tesp. dried mustard
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cider vinegar
Dredge liver in flour and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown in oil. Remove to baking dish. Melt butter and add onion. Cook onion until onion is clear. Add ketchup and other ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Pour over liver in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
